1. Software prices displayed are monthly and payable annually in advance. 12 month minimum contract. A 20% surcharge is added for monthly payments.
2. Software is hosted in a secure, dedicated, Amazon web service in a UK data centre.
3. 10 days is the estimated time to complete delivery of standard package. Time excludes elements of delivery that are outside of FibreCRM’s control. For instance, connecting to the customers email server or Azure network where single sign-on is desired rather than the normal username/password combination. Additional days will required to implement optional add-ons.
4. The standard package is shipped with a pre-configured complete onboarding system that does require editing. The configuration has been created from Top100 accounting firms in the UK and as such the customer is purchasing the system “as is”. The customer is responsible for adapting it’s own internal working practices to suit the pre-configuration solution and its standard processes and there is no ability for the customer to edit or change the standard package. This includes but not limited to the following:
