Supporting your practice: The FibreCRM Advisory Module
To our valued accountancy customers:
We want to do our bit to support accountants that are working the front line with businesses during these uncertain times.
To ensure that you continue to deliver an excellent level of service as efficiently and as stress free as possible, FibreCRM has accelerated the development of a new, easy to use Advisory Module within the CRM. This module is designed to help you collate and manage this advisory work and surrounding communications with your clients.
This new module will be made available to all customers on Monday 30th March, completely free of charge and will include the following features.
A NEW Advisory Module installed to help you manage each interaction.
A List of Government guidelines and facilities to pick from for each interaction
A set of key reports to keep track of work; including which clients have not been contacted by you, which clients need which service.
Keeping on top of your client relationships is more critical than ever. FibreCRM recognises that client relationships are the heart of your practice. We, as CRM experts, are here to help you take control of the chaos and ensure that nothing slips through the net.
A training & demonstration webinar for the new Advisory Module will also be taking place on Friday, 27th March at 3PM – You can register for this webinar by clicking the button below.*
*Please note, this webinar will be recorded and distributed to all FibreCRM Customers for those who cannot attend.
As well as the new Advisory Module, FibreCRM is also opening its doors to allow customers to extend their CRM license across the entire practice for three months.
Until June 30th, FibreCRM customers may bring an unlimited number of staff into their CRM as additional users. The intention being that a larger team has access to a central system for efficiently organising, delegating and reporting on the increasing workload – expanding the practice capacity for delivering advisory work.
Our technical support team will, of course, be available to all your staff during this difficult time. Your FibreCRM account manager will be in touch with you directly to discuss the implementation of these changes in more detail over the coming days.
Good luck and stay safe.
